How do I create a support for my location?

To create a support ticket, you need to be a TPI Franchisee and have a @teapiocalounge.com domain. Currently, only users with @teapiocalounge.com to create the support ticket. 


To create a support ticket, you can use the Ticket Form from the Support Portal (Login required) or by Email. For the Ticket Form from the Support Portal, do the following:


* Login with your @teapiocalounge.com email 

* Click on the "Submit A Ticket" button on the menu
