You can submit the support ticket by email.
IMPORTANT:
1. You must have the @teapiocalounge.com email and submit the support ticket using the @teapiocalounge.com email
2. Use the following format for the Subject Line:
<Store Name> - <Topic/Issue>

Notes:
1. For IT Support, we need much information as possible so we can debug the issues. When creating an IT support ticket, you will be required to provide the following items for our IT Support teams to better assist you:
- Details of the Issue: More detail will help our support teams to debug and resolve the issue quickly
- Logs: Log files can be error messages, receipts, images, etc. If you have Videos, please zip the videos and upload them.
