How do I submit a ticket for multiple stores?

You can submit a ticket that applies to multiple stores that you manage/own. You can specify the list of stores in the Store ID field on the Ticket form or specify the list in the Email Content if you submit the ticket via Support Email. 


When you specify the list, please use the comma-separate value (CSV) format. For example:


For Ticket Form, in the Store Name field, specify

Scofield Farms, Sky Ridge, Southpark, Wolf Crossing


For Email Support Ticket, in the Subject Line, specify "<A Store name +>. For example, 


Sky Ridge + - Add new Chips to multiple stores


In the Content of the Email, please add a line to list out the stores in CSV format. For example:


Store Name: Sky Ridge, Scofield Farms, Southpark, Wolf Crossing, Castle Hills. Telfair


Please use the actual name of the store specified on the BackOffice for easy identification and matching.
